We're a Melbourne-run custom apparel company. We source the garments, put your logo on them with full-colour DTF print or embroidery, and send them anywhere in Australia.

Need one hoodie as a sample or 500 tees for an event? Both are fine. Bigger runs get better pricing, and if you're not in a rush, our Smart Saver option brings the price down further. You'll always see a proof before anything gets printed.

How ordering custom apparel works

Four steps, and you sign off on the design before we print a thing.

  1. Pick your garments

    Choose the styles, colours and sizes you want from our range of blanks.

  2. Send us your logo

    A vector file, PDF or high-res image works. No logo yet? Our design team can make one.

  3. Approve the proof

    We suggest the best print method for your artwork and fabric, then send a mock-up to check.

  4. We print and ship

    Small orders usually take a few weeks, bigger runs up to a month. We deliver Australia-wide.

What does Exposure Apparel do?

We supply quality blank clothing and print or embroider your logo on it. That covers hoodies, crew neck jumpers, t-shirts, polos, quarter zips, jackets, sweatpants and kids apparel for businesses, clubs, schools, events and brands around Australia.

Where are you based?

We're run out of Melbourne, with local support and global production capability. We ship Australia-wide.

Which printing method should I choose?

It depends on your artwork and the garment. Full-colour DTF print handles detailed, colourful designs and large prints; embroidery gives a premium, durable finish for logos on polos, quarter zips, jackets and hoodies. Our DTF vs embroidery guide compares them, or just ask and we'll recommend one.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order a single piece, with print or embroidery. Bulk discounts apply automatically in your cart: 6+ pieces 5% off, 30+ pieces 10% off and 100+ pieces 20% off.

How long does an order take?

Usually a few weeks for small orders and up to a month for larger runs. If you can give us more time, choose Smart Saver delivery and save 15%.

Do you do bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. Bulk discounts apply automatically: 5% off 6+ pieces, 10% off 30+ and 20% off 100+. Mix sizes and colours. Get in touch for a quote on very large runs.

Can I use my own design?

Yes. Send it as a vector file, high-res image or PDF. If you need a logo made, our logo design service can help.

Will I see a proof first?

Always. We send a proof for you to approve before anything goes into production.
